Day 02 That's Embarrassing... but why?

If you know me at all

you know why this blog just totally fits me

My key phrase that I fear will always stick with me is..

"THAT'S EMBARRASSING!"

(Yeah, I'm that blonde one in the middle...)

(that should say CABO... but I can't spell upside-down)

I say it about others

I say it about me

I say it to others

I say it to me

(yeah, so what, I talk to myself every once in a while, get over it)

You see, I do all these things that

yeah I probably should be embarrassed about

but I'm just not.

If you are always embarrassed how will you ever learn to have fun?

You don't.

Either way, I found that this is a place I can put whatever

and never worry about it

cause to me, it's not really embarrassing at all

it's just me!

Day 01 I really can be quite interesting.

Today is Day 01 of this blogging mess I've decided to be a part of.

It says post a recent picture... this is about the most recent ME picture... but it is so NOT me... So I feel I must post two so the world can see, I'm really not this serious.

Let It Begin

Lately I have been using writing as my way to

center.

To get things off my chest,

laugh at stupid things that really aren't that funny,

and get out all the emotions that I don't want to stick for good.

It's like when you were little and your mom said if you kept your eyes crossed too long it would stay like that forever

It is the same, just like I don't want to stay cross eyed, I don't want to keep some of the emotions I've been feeling lately.

(Ha yes, my brother Danny and I are just cool like this..yikes)

Right now, I need something to help me not go crazy.

Normally I get by just fine,

but recently I discovered that

I AM IN LOVE WITH A GHOST

it seems silly but it's true

and

it's hard to focus on anything else.

Colorado in a Day.

Despite being ridiculously sick all weekend...
There was an enjoyable day in mix.
I went with my friend and his band to Grand Junction, Colorado for the day.
They were playing in the "Pork and Hops" festival thingie.
GREAT PEOPLE WATCHING GROUNDS!
I can't even tell you the amount of wedgies, mullets and bump-it do's I was in awe of! I mean, great, if you have one of the above, that's okay...They are all fine.
But in my dictionary
Fine means: fixable.
And Yes, plenty of those wedgies could have been fixed, but instead they were just disregarded.
UGH
But something wonderful happened... fried oreos.
Whoever invented that was genius,
but also wanted to make sure that everyone would die from clogged arteries...
I'm not even mad, it was great.
Only one thing that would have made it better,
not being all hopped up on Dayquil and Tylenol PM.
I bet I would remember it a little better then.

So there I was,
innocently eating a bowl of salad,
doing homework,
minding my own business.....
when I decided I felt like I was being watched

it was this guy watching me..
pretty sure it's that marshmallow man from
Ghost Busters
total creeper status.

This REALLY is embarrassing.

For those of you who don't know what four square is
I will attempt to explain...
I wish it were the game I used to play on the blacktop in elementary school.
BUUUUUUUUT
it's not
it's an iphone app
where you check-in at different places you go
and try to gain mayorship of the place
you get that by checking-in at one place the most


Every Sunday night my dad goes to the "VonChee" after dinner to check-in
(a clubhouse my little brother and his friends made in a garage)
My dad is the mayor
but some tricky little guy for some reason just REALLY wants to be that mayor
And WHO is this man, trying to steal mayor ship from him?

Some guy named Tyler.
My dad has now resorted to finding other places this guy is the mayor of
and taking those from him.
it just too funny that two men spend so much time
trying kick the other guy to the curb
Although I think it is a silly little game

This guy Tyler is definitely going down.
